General
◦ All commissions are personal use only!◦ I will only communicate over email. Requests sent over social media DMs will be redirected to email (Mostly because I'm terrible at keeping DMs organized and remembering to reply to them XD).◦ I have the right to decline any commission.◦ If you're one of my close friends, you don't need to commission me formally. Just text me and I'll draw you a thing. :)
Payment, Refunds, & Fees
◦ Payment is via PayPal invoice or Venmo only!◦ Payment can be done in full upfront, OR 50% upfront before I start working, and 50% after sketch approval. Tips (if you feel so inclined) are super appreciated!◦ A design fee will be added for commissions with no design reference images that require me to draw from only a description and/or a collection of photos.◦ After the sketch is approved, refunds will not be issued!◦ If you need to cancel your commission AFTER the 50% deposit is paid, but BEFORE the sketch is approved, I can issue a partial refund, based on how much work I've done.◦ In the unlikely event I'm unable to finish your commission, I will refund you in full.
How to Order
◦ Email me at [email protected] with the type of commission you want.◦ Write out a detailed description about what you'd like me to draw. (pose, expression, props, clothing, etc.) If you aren't sure what exactly you'd like, I'm happy to throw some ideas out there!◦ Provide at least one reference image of what you'd like me to draw. (Mood boards and 'general vibe' references are also welcome!)
Process & Timeline
◦ A sketch (and flat colors if necessary) will be sent over for approval after beginning your commission. Major changes to the pose, composition, and key details can only be made in this stage!◦ Feel free to request an update if you haven't heard from me in a while! I'll send updates for the rough sketch, line art, flat color, and render stages (if applicable) by default.◦ If you need your commission finished by a certain date, it must be agreed upon before I start working.◦ Patience is greatly appreciated as I am a relatively slow artist, and occasionally quite busy. I will take 3 months maximum to complete your commission, though it's highly unlikely it'll be that long. XD◦ If I am especially busy and need to pause your commission, I will notify you. The pause will be no longer than 2 weeks.
Copyright & Usage
I, the artist:
◦ May post the work to social media for advertising or my portfolio. (Unless you request that I don't post it anywhere. :) )
◦ Maintain all rights to my work.
◦ May use commissions of games, movies, pop culture, etc. to produce prints/other merchandise.
You, the client:
◦ May print the work for personal use.
◦ May post the work to your own social media as long as I am credited.
◦ May NOT remove my signature.
◦ May NOT reproduce the work commercially, or profit off it in any way.
◦ May NOT use the work in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
